LESLIE SENYO AMEDIOR ESQ.

Leslie Senyo Amedior is the firm’s Managing Associate with the overall responsibility of running the day to day affairs of the law firm. 

He is a highly motivated and results driven lawyer with proven ability to analyze complex legal issues, provide sound legal advice, and represent clients with professionalism and integrity.

His areas of interest include, Corporate and Commercial Law, Dispute Resolution, Property Law, Employment Law and Civil Litigation.

He has worked both within the public sector and also as a private legal practitioner.  He has experience in advising clients on corporate and commercial transactions, PPP projects and Litigation. He has also represented clients before adjudicatory bodies such as the Labor Commission and CHRAJ.

He served as the Principal Legal Officer for PBC Ltd and also the Company Secretary of its subsidiary PBC Shea Ltd. In that role he provided legal advice to the Board and Management on a number of commercial and financing agreements.

He also served as the Programmes Director for the GhanaADR Hub, a leading Dispute Resolution organization providing both services and practical training in arbitration, mediation and dispute system design for individuals, businesses, and law firms.

Leslie Senyo Amedior, holds a Qualifying Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law, Bachelor of Laws from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, BSc.  Administration of the University of Ghana, Legon.

He is a member of the Young ICCA (International Council for Commercial Arbitration) and the Ghana Bar Association.
