A dedicated Account and Operations Management professional with a strong academic and practical background in Data Science, Industrial Analytics, Economics, and Mathematics, and over a decade of experience supporting business growth across the real estate, construction, manufacturing, and education sectors.

Prior to this role, he serves as Account and Operations Manager at Janus Limited, where he plays a central role in ensuring financial accuracy, operational efficiency, cost control, and strategic execution. His work is characterized by a disciplined analytical approach, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining strong internal controls and efficient business processes.

With hands-on responsibility for both finance and operations, he supports organizational decision-making through accurate financial reporting, effective budgeting, and sound cash management. His accounting responsibilities include maintaining daily financial records, preparing invoices, monitoring receivables, reconciling bank statements, supporting payroll processing, and assisting with statutory obligations such as VAT, PAYE, and SSNIT filings.

On the operations side, he oversees day-to-day business activities, streamlines workflows, and implements operational strategies aligned with company objectives. He provides leadership in staff supervision, inventory and supply chain coordination, procurement management, and cost control, while proactively identifying operational risks and implementing mitigation measures to ensure business continuity.

Prior to his current role, he served as Warehouse Supervisor at Pala Industries Co. Ltd, where he managed inventory control for raw materials and finished products, prepared periodic stock and budget reports, supervised warehouse operations, and maintained detailed records of assets, purchases, and production inputs. This role strengthened his expertise in inventory management, data accuracy, and operational reporting.

He completed his National Service with the Ghana Education Service as a Curriculum Facilitator (Mathematics), where he strengthened his communication and leadership capabilities, fostered effective teacher–student engagement, and contributed to improved academic outcomes through sound classroom management practices.

He holds an MTech in Data Science and Industrial Analytics from Accra Technical University, and a Bachelor of Education (Honours) in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Cape Coast. His academic background equips him with strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities that he applies to operational planning and financial analysis.
